Refund Policy: 

If your refund hasn't arrived within 15 working days, please contact us. 


Order Cancellation: 

Contact us to cancel your order if it hasn't been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. 


Return Timeframe: 

You can return an item within 30 days of purchase. Contact us with your customer reference number. Damaged goods due to accidents, neglect, misuse, or wear and tear are not eligible for this service.  If your order is over 30 days old, you can still return a faulty item within a reasonable time period. Please notify us via email before returning the goods. 

Unwanted Item Return: 

If your purchase is unwanted, in its original packaging, and in re-sellable condition within 30 days, you can return it. Contact us, and we'll provide a returns label (postage costs may apply).

For smaller items, attach the returns label and send it via any post office. Write the returns reference on the front of the parcel.  For larger items, we'll arrange a collection at a cost deducted from your refund. Contact us to make arrangements or arrange your own collection. We advise using recorded delivery as we are unable to take responsibility for the goods until they are received.  

Faulty Purchase: 

If you receive a faulty item, contact our Customer Care Team with photos of the fault, your reference number, and email address for assistance. 

Delayed Refund:

Allow up to 15 working days for your refund after returning the item. If you haven't received it, contact us with your returns reference number and/or order confirmation number. If you used your own method for the return, provide tracking details. Refunds may take 3-5 working days to reach your bank account. 

Statutory Rights and Delivery Discrepancies: 

Our Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights. Check orders upon receipt. Report damaged or discrepant orders within 72 hours for resolution.

European Union customers can withdraw within seven working days of delivery. Follow included instructions or email us in advance. The product must be complete, unused, in "as new" condition, with original packaging and components, including any free gifts. 

Your Statutory Rights are unaffected by our Returns Policy.
