Description

These natural smooth Scottish river stones are the perfect accompaniment to our artificial trees, plants and Portofino planters.

The stones add a decorative element and they can also contribute some additional weight to help support the trunk and base of the tree or plant.

Please note that they will require a brief rinse in water to remove the natural sediment deposits.

Approximate Length: The stones vary from 1cm to 3.5cm

Right amount

Just the right amount for what I needed them for. I recently received my Tower of London poppy and had an idea to display it indoors where I could see it all the time rather than outdoors. After receiving and setting it up Im glad I did. Great quality stones and work well in my display.

Lovely! Just perfect! A lot more than what I expected. Bare in mind I have purchased tons of 20kg bags, 25kg bags as well as 5kg bags for an artificial plant project Im doing for my front yardId just run out and needed just some to top up the last two plants. This gem arrived and I still have loads left after topping up one 6 foot plant. One to go. Just rinse them off and youre good to go.My poor twins were begging me not to buy more stones as it was dangerously looking hoarder zone LOL!

How we deliver

As a general rule orders using Standard Delivery (Free Delivery) are delivered by Royal Mail, unless they are of a size that makes it more economical to send them via courier. Upgraded shipping will be made by the courier that best reflects the deliver speed required - you will be informed of the courier and tracking number (if applicable by email when your order is dispatched).

For all orders, a signature will be required to acknowledge receipt of the goods. Where nobody is available to sign for the consignment, a card will be left enabling the recipient to either re-arrange delivery or collection of the item in person from the local depot.

Where is my order?

Please check your order tracking number provided on your ‘Your order is on its way’ email to track the location of your order. If it says delivered but you still haven’t received it please double check your safe location & also check with your neighbours to see if they’ve collected it on your behalf.

If you still haven’t received your item, we would ask that you allow an extra 48 hours for standard deliveries before contacting us to allow for local delays. We are aware that our standard delivery service with Royal Mail may be affected in some areas of the country due to high orders.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order on your ‘Your order is on its way’ email which will have your tracking details on it.

I've ordered more than one item. Where is the rest of my order?

If you've ordered a large number of items, your order is likely to be sent in more than one parcel.

Sometimes these parcels can be delivered at different times if they are sorted separately by the delivery courier. Most separated orders will be delivered within 24 hours of each other, but please allow a little longer over a busy period.

If an item appears on the delivery note in your parcel, but isn't with you, or an incorrect item or size has been received, please contact our customer service team.

The tracking shows my order as being delivered, but I haven't received it?

We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order. So, we can look into this for you please make sure you've done the following:

Check with others in your household or your immediate neighbours, as they may have accepted this on your behalf if you were not in at the time of delivery.
Take a look around your property in any sheds, outbuildings or safe places where the postman or courier may have left your parcel for you.

If you still haven’t received it your item, we would ask that you allow an extra 48 hours for standard delivery before contacting us to allow for local delays. If you still haven’t received it after this period of time please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you ship outside of mainland UK?

No we don't ship outside of the UK mainland.

Do you offer gift purchases or gift wrapping?

We don’t specifically offer gift purchases nor do we offer gift wrapping, however you can be confident knowing that there is no pricing on our paperwork within the order sent. You can ship the gift directly to their chosen address and have a separate billing address on checkout. We also offer E-gift cards on our website here which can be used on our website.
